Chiswick Old Cemetery is a large cemetery featuring varied areas, making it suitable for most cemetery briefs. The space includes secluded corners, open grassland, and paths through regimented gravesites. Through the ornamental wrought iron gates there is a traditional war memorial and a small wooden shelter. This part of the cemetery is accessible by vehicles, in addition to on-street parking outside (suspensions organised via Hounslow Film Office). There is some empty land away from other graves offering the rare opportunity for dressing and grave-digging in a sensitive and flexible manner. There is a secondary pedestrian entrance off the roundabout between Pumping Station Road and Chiswick Wharf. Chiswick Parish Church links the cemetery and picturesque Church Street - a hidden gem of the borough.
