Sited on a separate plot close to the main site of this film-friendly Oxford College are a number of large detached period family homes from the 19th Century to the 1950s, each retaining many original features. One property even features its own WWII underground bunker in the garden. Although occupied, mainly by students and staff, availability is on request but shoots can potentially be accommodated year-round. Some properties may also be vacant during certain periods of the academic year. As well as the large driveways, there is on-street parking in public bays directly outside the properties and crew parking may be accommodated (with matting) in the college’s sports field.
