Set in a stunning riverside location, amongst a collection of buildings spanning all eras from the 19th century to the present day, is this beautiful 1990s concert hall with practice rooms. In addition to the main 168-seater auditorium (equipped with Steinway D concert grand piano), there are four practice rooms, an electro-acoustic studio and a spacious glass atrium to the front of the building. With drive-in access, space for technical vehicles on a matted area directly in front of the building and ample green room spaces on the rest of the site, this is perfect for both filming and crowd bases. Although filming is mainly restricted to holiday periods, the terms are short and small shoots may be accommodated during term time. There are small areas of hardstanding parking space throughout the college, an area of grassed matted space for technical vehicles and a meadow that can accommodate around 15 crew cars with matting.
