A former mill and then gunpowder factory dating back to the 1600s, our 170 acre site has 200 buildings and structures and with 20 listed buildings is believed to have the most listed buildings on any one site in the country. The location has hosted many productions of all scales from small independent films to large productions. We offer a wide variety of settings from urban decay and dystopia through historical buildings in managed decline, woodland, ponds, waterways, bridges and lakes to smart historic interiors and exteriors.
