Kingsnympton Park Estate is located on Kingston Hill, on the south tip of Richmond Park, within easy reach of the M25 and local public transport links. Once the site of an opulent country estate, it was bought and developed into social housing by Kingston Council following heavy bombing in WW2. Kingsnympton Park Estate is made up of a dozen white four-storey blocks loosely arranged around an oval-shaped road and features lawns, a basketball court, a playground and a red-brick community centre. Some original features remain including two pillars at the entrance of the estate and the century-old “South Lodge” cottage.
