Harold Hill Community Hub is the ex-offices of the estate housing team. It features two floors of office space, a mixture of larger and smaller rooms, a reception area, a lift. The windows have been boarded up and there is some significant damage to the interiors, as well as graffiti on the outside. There is also a council owned car park around the back of the building which could be used as a small unit base to facilitate filming in the area.
