The Spa Green Estate in Clerkenwell is one of the finest examples of Modernist architecture in London. Designed by renowned architect Berthold Lubetkin and completed in 1949, it is currently listed Grade II*. The estate surrounds a central plaza which features a football/basketball court, a carpark and a distinctive meeting lodge. Extensive works in 2008 restored the estate to its original colour scheme and today highlights of yellow, red and blue are found across the estate.
