Set within the Old Library in Erith, The Exchange has a number of beautiful spaces that can act as a blank canvas whilst still having a lot of character in the wooden floors and exposed brick walls. There is a large hall on the ground floor that can be made into two large (but smaller) rooms and up the stairs has a smaller room and a workspace. The location is a 5 minute walk from Erith train station and parking is available at the Erith Town Hall (next door). Additional spaces can also be hired through Bexley Film Office. Best availability is Sunday to Tuesday, but we are happy to discuss shoots on other days of the week too.
